Our company is a team of professionals with the experience in real estate asset management providing a service to help Asset Fund Managers, Real Estate Funds and Landowners in property management, rent review, covenants checks and credit reports, advice reports, site inspections and help with optimization of business rates for empty premises.

This is a legitimate scheme which enables landowner to benefit from additional rate-free periods. Its a simple strategy of providing arms length, low disturbance occupants for a very short period of time, and thus resetting the rates free period for the property owner when the occupant leaves. Occupation of only a small portion of an otherwise-empty industrial property for six weeks following the first six-month rate-free period has been held to be sufficient to entitle the ratepayer to a second six-month rate-free period.

All occupation is secured under simple license which is terminable by the landlord in the event they find a long term tenant during the agreement.
